hello fellow Boston lovers !!
Sat, 08/21/2010 - 14:55 — cabostonschello,
This is my first experience with "blogging" so forgive any goofs.
I am the proud owner of six Bostons, have had them for twenty years, in my house, besides my husband is Jelli and Gracie, litter sisters, whose birthday (5th) is today, 8-21. they have had one litter each, two years ago and one son from each lives with us as well, Baxter is Jelli's son, he is a gorgeous brindle and white, and Simon, Gracie's son who is black and white. both boys are great buddies and never have grumbled at each other. Then we added Teddy, a red and white Boston who is a whirling dervish, he is all boy at one year of age and he makes things happen when the atmosphere is too dull or boring for him.
Lastly is Foxy who is Jelli's grand daughter and six months old, she is a gorgeous, agile little girl. High hopes for her in the show ring.
Many more Bostons have been in our lives and we have loved and lost, but are never gone from our memories or our hearts.

I have taken her to the vet and the vet gave me laxitive to give her saying she has ingested something and it was plugging her up. Well that can't be it, she is still have normal bowel movements. We switched her to a different food (PMI Exclusive Puppy Chow) and she did better for a bit but now it's happening again....can anyone provide me with more guidance??

What Is The Name Of Your Boston Is?
Sat, 01/17/2009 - 19:53 — BostonTerrierManTell me what your name of your boston is and a little about you and he/she.
My Boston's name is Zeb he is 9 years old and will be 10 in Febuary. He is my best bud. His real name is Zeb Ala LeMaster. That picture on on my account is Zeb. He is the king of three other dogs, My sister's dog, Zoey, she is a female Boston Terrier, and my Mom's which is a Brussels Griffon, his name is Zeke. Zeb is the oldest therefore making him the top dog or the King of the Dogs.
My dog sucks noses!
Mon, 01/05/2009 - 13:56 — tuxedosmommyMy 2 yr old boston male sucks the noses of all his toys/animals and goes into this cute sleepy trance. He squeezes the object with his paws as he sucks the nose! It's the cutest thing!

Bernie
Thu, 12/25/2008 - 17:44 — BigC_and_SheliaThis is my 4th child, Bernie our Boston Terrier. Shhhh...don't tell him that he's not like his human brothers and sister, though. He thinks he's human just like them!! He loves his mommie and his Charlie very much. He's so spoiled rotten, but don't tell him!! He thinks that's the way he's supposed to be treated!!

My First Boston!
Sun, 07/20/2008 - 10:22 — get_skittledWe just got a Boston! I've never had one before. :) He's about 12 weeks old now, and such a little cutie! His name is Tucker!

He's already really good with 'sit' and 'speak', so now we're mostly trying to get him completely house trained that way he can kind of be in the house without having to be watched at every second. :)
He already gets along really well with our other pets, Kelsi --a black lab mix, and Teddy --our cat! He loves to play with them, although sometimes Teddy doesn't like it, but Kelsi is a great babysitter. :)
Tucker loves to sleep under the covers, and he snores, which I think is incredible. It's so cute! Sometimes he also sticks his tongue out while he sleeps. :)
I love our new edition! We lost both our oldest --my childhood dog, Cowboy, and mom's cat Murphy. Both were of old age; Cowboy was 12 and Murphy was 23! Having a new kiddo in the mix has helped, even though I'll always miss them.
So here's to new friends, and new experiences. So far it's been great! :)

Poo eating (pica)
Wed, 07/16/2008 - 10:54 — jkirklysMy youngest has from the very beginning had a disgusting habit of eating poo. I try my best to clean up after my 2 BTs so there is nothing around to snack on but this nasty habit continues. I've tried cayenne, leashing and other behavioral adjustments but no luck. My older one is now starting. HELP! Any suggestions would be of assistance.
