Agression Towards Other Dogs

My dog is 2 years old, he has two neighbor friends that he plays with every day, they get along great. But whenever he meets a new dog, he snaps at them. Is this common for BT's?

How do I resolve this without hiring Cesar Milan?

About Your Dog

My dog's name is Cujo, he is a 2 year old Boston Terrier. He is unique because he is all white except for his mask and one perfectly round spot on his back...plus it looks like he has black chaps. He is extremely cute, playful and lovable.
