Just wondering
Love my Boston. He is one of my 4 dogs!!! Just wondering though if anyone else has ever had a Boston do this. Ever since he was a baby (he is a year now) he has to suck on a blanket before he can fall asleep. He gathers a huge corner of a his quilt and sucks it like a pacifier. Wondering if it is a Boston thing or just my crazy pup. Thnx

Pacifier
My boston didn't do this as a puppy, but started at about a year and a half old. She mostly just sucks on her toys. She has a rabbit that she has sucked it's face into a point. It's pretty cute, even her paws start going and then she's asleep. Must be one of those crazy boston characteristics.
yes, my my younger boston
yes, my my younger boston does the same thing. he's done it since he was a puppy, when we got him his breeder brought him over with this stuffed bear. he sucks on the bear's hand, always has. we call it "sucky bear" haha. it's adorable, i've always wondered if it was strange that he did that. i guess other bostons do it too, good to know.
BT sucking
My BT Dozer, is alittle bit over a year old and has just started sucking on his favorite blanket. It is the cutest thing ever. I was wondering if it was normal... but just like everyone else says, must be a Boston Terrier thing.
pacifier
Only one of my three have done that. But certainly all of my pillows have slowly turned into pacifiers. I suggest round pillows.
